Minimal Impact Running Clinic – January 29th from Noon-2PM (Ottawa)

 

Join us on January 29th, 2012 from 12 Noon – 2PM at the Louis Riel Dome (1659 Bearbrook Road) for a unique minimal impact clinic; learn techniques to minimize the amount of time your feet remain in contact with the ground and also the strength of the connection they make with the ground to significantly reduce impact and energy expenditure while running. ONLY 10 SPOTS!

Whether a novice or experienced runner – this clinic will provide you benefit!

 CLINIC #1 (Noon – 2:00 PM) has SOLD OUT.

 CLINIC #2 (3:00 – 5:00PM) has SPOTS AVAILABLE (Offered due to high demand!)

All proceeds will go to Impossible2Possible.com (I2P) an organization that encourages youth to reach beyond their perceived limits, to use adventure as a medium to educate, and to inspire and empower our global community to make positive change in the world! As there is no cost for youth or schools to participate in i2P programs, raised funds will be used to offset costs for youth participating on an upcoming expedition to Africa.
